Medieval Period (5th century-15th century)
the medieval period or "Middle Ages" is the era of European history between the fall of the Western Roman Empire in 476 and the fall of Constantinople in 1453, after which would transform into the Renaissance period. Christianity dominated Europe during this period which caused constant religious conflicts. although some may call this period the "dark ages," this is mostly influenced by Christian perspectives on non-Christian cultures, and learning was more widespread than some may think
